The website was primarily set up to provide information to individuals who are interested in participating in clinical research. We also provide research centers the opportunity to list their center profile for free. However, CanadaTrials is not a SMO and does not solicit clinical trials from the pharmaceutical industry.

CanadaTrials.com was developed and is currently mantained and owned by only two persons who volunteer their time and expertise and provides to cover the costs for hosting the website and domain name; therefore our resources are sometimes limited.
Our professional background doesn't include a medical background, but both of us have worked and one is currently working in Clinical Research.
The developer and founder of CanadaTrials.com and also owner of Technobec.com, has completed a formal internship within the clinical research department in one of Canada's leading pharmaceutical companies as a Web and Database Developer and VBA programmer. During his internship he developed a keen interest in clinical research. This was the motivating force that led him to develop CanadaTrials.com, providing a ideal platform to use his web programmning skills to complement his interest in clinical research. He is committed to updating and mantaining the website and database. He is currently employed as an IT Administrator and Database Administrator at a company outside of the pharmaceutical sector.
The consultant for research-related matters is a Clinical Research Professional, with 20 years of experience in the Clinical Research.
She holds a Master's Degree in Clinical Pharmacology, having occupied diverse positions in clinical research and drug development in both the Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical industries. In addition, she also holds a B.Sc. in Nursing and a Business Degree. She is currently employed as Senior Clinical Research Project Manager in a CRO.
